Integrated Step Course Training With Lifeline Project.

An intensive week of training at Lifeline was a successful and

enjoyable challenge. It was a pleasure to run an intensive week

of study on the Integrated Step Course and spend some detailed

time on understanding the 12 Steps. There were many interesting

discussions and some good and healthy objections to some of

the stuff being learnt and taught. This is a team that I could really

enjoy working with full time. Rather than me harp on about the

training here are some of the comments from those folks who attended.

Thanks Lifeline.

“I have enjoyed 2 days of this session and have more understanding of how the Integrated Step Course training sessions map into the 12 Steps. It has been a pleasure to share the powerful strength within the room of recovery and see the hope and possibilities of how the programme can help those on a pathway to individual recovery. Love the evidence evident in trusting the process which incorporates so much".

NECA opens new 12 Step Rehab.

By John Elford, Aug 21 2015

The last few days have been spent training NECA staff in the

application of the WISC Integrated Step Course, my 12 Step

study program designed to be used in residential rehabs.

NECA will be rolling out this 6 month programme in October with

the opening of their new rehab centre based in South Shields.

This centre is excellent and very well presented and will definitely

be an asset to the community and to the great work NECA do.

The best part of the training was working with a team that are an absolute pleasure to know. I believe there is a balance of professionalism combined with a real caring attitude that will make it a winning team. I can't wait to receive feedback on how the project develops and the successes they achieve, for they surely will do a good job.

The comments below are written by those who attended the training and will be working in the rehab.

"John.Thank you so much for helping me understand a little more about “recovery” and the disease that is addiction". Kelly
