Daily Rhythm

Time each day for reflection, step work, connection, and contribution. Or just peace and quiet.

Every day at Somerton Lodge begins with stillness and intention. We start at 8:30am with 5 minutes of affirmations and a reading from Forgiving and Moving On. From there, the rhythm of the day is shaped by lived experience, mutual support, and meaningful rest.
